A Horizon Europe (HORIZON-IA) project accelerating the adoption of circular and decentralised water solutions in urban and peri-urban areas with limited infrastructure. Drawing on 23 pilots, SOLUCIR develops pathfinding studies with utilities to prove scalability, integrate with centralised systems, and boost resilience through digital innovation, alongside risk assessment, financial models and policy recommendations. The MELiSSA Foundation participates as a partner.
