Accessibility Statement

The MELiSSA Foundation wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers or keyboard-only navigation.

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We have designed the site with readable text sizes, sufficient colour contrast, a clear page structure and navigation that works with a keyboard.

What we know is not yet fully accessible

  • Many documents in our Library are scanned technical notes, some dating back to the 1990s. Some of these PDFs may not be fully readable by screen readers.
  • Some images and diagrams may not yet have a complete text description.
  • Payments for donations are handled on our payment provider’s page, which falls outside our direct control.

We are working to improve these points step by step.

Tell us if something does not work

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or you need a document in a more accessible format, please write to us at info@melissafoundation.org. We will do our best to help and to respond within ten working days.
